This disc brake bracket is made from 3/8" bent US plate steel. The brackets are prebent and tapped to accept 1975 3/4 ton front Chevrolet rotors and calipers. Disc brakes have a lot of advantages over drums. They decrease stopping distance by as much as 30%. They also do not clog with mud and other debris.
